Inspection: Onsite inspection is encouraged. All items can be inspected during normal business hours. Please view all pictures and videos for cosmetic and operation inspection. Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than May 4th, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. Buyers who do not pay with in those 7 days will be charged a 35% restock fee and item will be listed in the following auction with no refund to the buyer.

Payment Method: We accept cash, cashier's check, wire/bank transfer and credit cards. There is a 3% discount for cash, wire transfer, cashier's check or good personal check. Any item over $5,000.00 we require cash, cashier's check or wire transfer no personal checks or credit cards. 

Buyer's Premium: There is a 13% buyer's premium on this auction. There is a 3% discount for cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer.

Sales Tax: 6% Michigan sales tax is applied to all Michigan residents unless the buyer is exempt and completes proper exemption form

Credit Card Authorization: $0.00 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid at this auction. The $0.00 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $0.00 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids, there will be no charges against your account.

User Agreement: By entering personal and credit card information and agreeing to the terms and condition you are agreeing to full responsibility of the bids you entered. If you do not intend on paying for the items, you are bidding on do not bid! All users must be the age of 18 years old. Basic equipment has the right to remove users at any time without notice. Removal: All items must be removed no later than 21 days after the auction is closed. Any items left longer will be considered abandoned/ forfeited and items will listed into the following auction with no refund to the buyer.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. We have forklifts to assist in loading.

Damaged Items:  Basic Equipment is not responsible for any damages occurred while loading or unloading.

Shipping Assistance: Shipping is available for a fee for larger items won in the auction please contact for more info.If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CLICK HERE to fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.
